Costco Wholesale to get into the Chattanooga Market

Representatives from Costco Wholesale said they have been looking to get into the Chattanooga market for five to seven years and chose the Fort Oglethorpe location because of its proximity to Interstate 75.

The Costco club, scheduled to open on Cloud Springs Road in Catoosa County on Oct. xx, 2010.

Other than driving to the Westside of Nashville, you might find thiis location bit closer.  Now a Knoxville location would be really great.  It was said that Costco was looking at other locations in Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, but could not comment on any other negotiations.
